Love Leadership by Gregg Cochlan

Just a quick comment about this book. Two words that are not traditionally seen together: 'love' and 'leadership'. This Canadian author describes somewhat of a new paradigm for the way our established (and emerging) leaders are approaching leadership styles--out of compassion and respect for their followers as human beings. Gregg points not only the vast benefits of this leadership paradigm, but also many ways that the reader can model this philosophy and achieve incredible results. I'm not recommending this book because I happen to both know and greatly admire its author, Gregg Cochlan, but because it is both inspiring and life-changing--all you need to do is embrace the new paradigm! -Dallas Gislason, Jan. 8, 2009
